The details of alleged abuse were included in a motion to increase the bail of Ina Rogers, 31, who was charged with nine counts of felony child abuse Wednesday in Solano Superior Court.
On Wednesday, Judge William J. Pendergast set bail at $495,000 for Rogers, saying she "may not be a danger to the public at large, but these charges make clear she is a danger to the children".

FULL INTERVIEW: Fairfield father accused in child abuse case speaks from jailPolice accuse Jonathan Allen and Rogers of punching, burning and water boarding their 10 children.
Rogers told reporters after Allen's arraignment that much of the debris in the home was caused by police searching the home after they checked there after returning their oldest child, a 12-year-old boy, who had gone missing briefly back on March 31.
At the Monday press conference, Solano County Chief Deputy District Attorney Sharon Henry said she was "horrified" by the statements made by several of the victims and that "as a parent, first and foremost in my heart ... we believe these children deserve justice".
Juarez alleges Rogers assisted in the abuse and "dissuaded the children" from reporting their injuries, which include broken arms.
Rogers told reporters earlier this week that the allegations against her and her husband are false.
The children's father, 29-year-old Jonathan Allen, pleaded not guilty to torture and child cruelty charges.
He was booked into the county jail and is being held on $5.2 million bail, said police. He was sentenced to 180 days and three years of probation.
Each Rogers and Allen have denied the accusations towards them.
"Nothing was founded, my kids were placed back with me", she said. "The police demonized me all the way down to the names I picked for my children", he said.
A lawyer for Solano County child welfare officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment Tuesday.
Har reported from San Francisco.
Police investigating a missing child report found their ten children living in a house filled with garbage, rotten food, and human and animal waste. "There's no broken bones, there is no major scars, nothing".
Jonathan Allen, left, and Ina Rogers, proper, have been arrested after police discovered 10 kids dwelling in "horrible" circumstances of their Fairfield, California house. Rogers' family, including her brother and sister, sat in shock during the hearing.
Allen's mother, Peggy Allen, told the AP she had spoken to her son about the importance of housekeeping and Christian values - but that Allen avoided her and kept his relatives away from the children.
On the same day, the Solano County District Attorney's office said it would seek to amend the complaint against Rogers to add nine counts of felony child abuse. One neighbor, Larry Magney, who lives across the street, said Allen and Rogers moved in about a year ago. He had been angry because Allen and Rogers had tried to take away his tablet computer, Rogers said, according to the AP.
