The Duchess of Sussex's relationships before Prince Harry are said to have fallen by the wayside as she struggles to know who she can let in to her inner circle since the royal wedding.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle nearly stayed out of the public eye for most of their summer holidays, with only making special appearances at occasions like Harry's best friend's wedding or the charity screening of Hamilton.

Samantha seethed on Twitter: "I am not candy coating anything anymore!"

She further added, "He was the one who was always there for her. Fake waves and smiles can stop". She said Meghan should "bow to the daddy".

In the series of bitter tweets, Ms. Markle wrote: "She owes my father a lot of love and respect".

There is also the issue of leaks - Meghan flew to Toronto last month for a private visit to see her long-time best friend Jessica Mulroney, a Toronto-based stylist who helped plan her wedding, and she chose to stay at her family home to avoid any media intrusion.

Thomas has said the royals were freezing him out of his daughter's life over his alleged staged photos and controversial interview with a British talk show fronted by Piers Morgan.

"I tried to get details from her, but she wouldn't tell me".

"That might be just having a couple of bad days".

"I said: 'This is serious".

Grant has been outspoken about how she feels toward her half-sister in the past, especially as it relates to Markle's relationship with their father, who has been suffering from heart problems, according to a previous Evening Standard report.

Meghan Markle's mother Doria Ragland (right) was the only member of her family to attend the royal wedding in May. News the photo was taken on a public road, about a five to 10-minute walk from Kensington Palace.
